Wellness Tip: Take Time For You
Wellness: the quality or state of being healthy in body and mind, especially as the result of deliberate effort.
There is no right or wrong way to practice wellness – whether it be physical or mental – this is different for everyone.

Wellness to me is starting my morning with a workout. This moment to myself gets my mind and body ready for the day. Getting out of bed before the sun is up is hard -- it's an accomplishment in itself. Think of everything else you can accomplish throughout the day after this small victory!
This is my wellness and my way of practicing gratitude -- I thank my body for its growth and capabilities. I thank my mind for being strong and pushing through challenges that get in the way -- like the snooze button!

Maybe morning workouts aren't your thing. You can take time for yourself through meditation, journal writing (setting daily goals or intentions), taking a mini digital detox or prepping a healthy meal. Whatever clears your mind, do it.
Taking time for you is not selfish. It allows you to be the best version of yourself!
